1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Ayush Decor concerning your access to and use of our manufacturing and installation services.

2. Custom Orders & Measurements

Since most of our products (Roller Blinds, Zebra Blinds, Curtains) are made-to-measure:

• We provide a free site inspection to ensure accurate measurements.
• Once an order is confirmed and manufacturing has begun, cancellations or changes cannot be accepted.
• It is the customer's responsibility to verify the fabric/material selection during the site visit.

3. Payment Terms

To process a custom order, we require an advance payment (typically 50%). The remaining balance is due immediately upon delivery or installation. Prices are subject to change based on material availability and market rates.

4. Installation & Delivery

We offer free installation for qualifying orders within Delhi NCR. Please ensure the site is ready for installation at the scheduled time. Delays caused by site unreadiness (e.g., painting work in progress) may require rescheduling.

5. Warranty

We stand by the quality of our products. Warranty coverage varies by product type (e.g., mechanism warranty for blinds). Physical damage or damage due to improper usage is not covered under warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
